| Customer Reviews: Excellent! July 11, 2010 Bold Consumer (USA) I just went out to my garden and was surprised to find a full-grown cucumber. All of the seeds I sowed sprouted, but I gave them away, keeping only a couple. I didn't expect to see any cucumbers. I went back later in the evening and found another one. I think there are more, but they are hard to find with all the other plants/leaves/foliage out there. I'm also keeping a watchful eye out for bees as I keep saying to myself, "Bees are my friends."
My cucumber was delicious in my salad at lunch. I think I'll finish it later this afternoon. I didn't realize just how good fresh cucumber tastes. Also, I just read that store-bought cucumbers are waxed with different products to aid in shipping. Just another reason to grow them at home.
I'll be growing more next year and possibly will grow some in my greenhouse. I would love to have some to share with family and friends.
EDITED again to say that there are plenty of them! I can't eat them fast enough.

Growing Great! June 7, 2009 K. Geoffray 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I started late this year so I was debating whether or not to grow seeds and hope they worked or buy more expensive plants and just maintain them. I obviously bought seeds...and glad I did. I laid these about every 6 inches thinking I wouldnt have all of them grow. Needless to say EVERY single one took. Its been just under 2 weeks since I've planted them and they're already 4-5 inches off the ground and have produced 3 big leaves. I planted them in organic humus/manure mix, top soil and natural dirt on hills and I can't honestly see how these plants could get any bigger in 2 weeks. I planted other veggies as well but these seem to be doing the best.
